Section titled “Print sales documents”Open a saved order’s header menu to print the sales order, include line statuses, omit discounts, or produce a packing list with or without lot-tracing details. Packing lists show remaining quantities while an order is open and shipped quantities after completion. Planned lot tracing is open-order pick guidance; completed orders offer the standard packing list because shipment-history tracing is not yet available. Print opens the complete server-rendered PDF in a new tab, while Download sales order PDF saves the standard order. From the orders list, select up to 50 orders to print or download the standard orders together as one PDF.
