Start and track production

Move planned work onto the floor and read where each order stands. The stored manufacturing order status is only open or done; the UI derives the production state from start, block, pick progress, batch progress, and output history.

One control, two surfaces

The Production dropdown appears in the manufacturing order header and in the Production column on the orders list. Work in progress and Blocked apply immediately. Done and batch Partially complete open the completion dialog.

1. Start the order. Open the Production menu and choose Work in progress. Ashicore stamps startedAt, keeps the order open, and locks planning fields so execution history stays consistent.

   Planning is locked after start. Production, notes, output, and completion workflows remain available while the order is open.

2. Block work that cannot proceed. Choose Blocked when an open order should stay in the queue but should not proceed. Blocking is separate from the stored status; unblocking returns the order to the derived state it otherwise has.

3. Track readiness and progress. Use the list to compare rank, ingredients, production state, progress, sales order link, resource filter, and production deadline. The open tab is the queue; the done tab is closed production history.
