Shopify orders
Sell online through Shopify? Connect your store and bring paid, unshipped orders into Ashicore as sales orders, where they fulfill against live inventory like any other order. The connection is a one-way import — from Shopify into Ashicore — using a private Admin API token you create in your store.
-
Connect your store. In Shopify, create a private app and copy its Admin API access token. Then in Ashicore open Settings → Integrations, choose Connect on the Shopify card, enter your Shop domain and the token, and Save.

Import paid, unshipped orders. Choose Import paid orders on the Shopify card. Ashicore pulls paid, unshipped orders (up to 250 at a time) and creates a sales order for each. Lines are matched to your catalog by SKU — each needs a positive quantity and price and a matching sellable item, or it’s skipped. The customer is matched by Shopify ID, then email, then name, and created if new. Ashicore then reports a summary — created, skipped, and any errors. Orders that already exist are skipped, so you can run the import as often as you like without duplicating.
