Complete and record output
Record finished output from a manufacturing order. On the web card, completion picks the required materials as part of the action, writes the output lot, and records actual material and operation cost.
-
Open the completion dialog. From the order header or list row, choose Done from the Production control. Batch orders can also choose Partially complete to complete whole batches while leaving the order open.

Confirm and clear any warnings. Choose Complete. Ashicore consumes the selected ingredient lots, records any confirmed readiness overrides, creates the finished output lot, links output consumption to the picked inputs, calculates actual cost, sets the stored order status to
done, clears priority rank, and reranks the remaining open queue.Material cost$920.00Operation cost$180.00Actual cost per unit$27.50
Recording Output In Stages
Section titled “Recording Output In Stages”Discrete output can be recorded without closing the order when the dialog is used in record-output mode. The order stays open for the remaining quantity. Batch Partially complete completes a chosen number of whole batches; Done completes the remaining planned batches and closes the order.
Reopening A Completed Order
Section titled “Reopening A Completed Order”To correct or redo a completion, choose Work in progress from the Production menu on the done order. Confirm Return to work in progress. Ashicore removes the completion’s produced stock, returns its consumed materials, restores the full production plan, and makes the order ready to execute and complete again. Planning fields remain locked because production has started; limited operational fields such as notes remain editable. Batch orders return all batches to pending.
