Discrete and batch production
Ashicore supports two manufacturing modes. The mode comes from the product recipe at order creation and is snapshotted onto the manufacturing order.
Discrete: Make A Quantity
Section titled “Discrete: Make A Quantity”Discrete production is one production run that creates finished output for a requested quantity. The order field is Quantity, and ingredient totals scale by output quantity.

Batch: Make N Batches Of A Fixed Yield
Section titled “Batch: Make N Batches Of A Fixed Yield”Batch production creates batch rows with their own status and output lot. The order field is Number of batches. Total output is batch count multiplied by the expected batch yield. Batch production is feature-gated; locked orgs do not see batch products in the create picker.
