Stock & lots

Stock is projected from inventory events. Tracked stock uses visible lots; untracked stock uses a hidden internal lot. Both carry quantity, disposition, location, and cost, so the app can preserve audit history while showing current balances.

Only available stock is treated as consumable or sellable. The item card shows available, blocked, and rejected totals for untracked stock; tracked lot rows show the same split per lot. Blocking and rejection preserve the stock trail instead of hiding the quantity.
