Stock & lots

Stock is projected from inventory events. Lots carry quantity, disposition, location, and cost, so the app can preserve audit history while showing current balances.

Only available stock is treated as consumable or sellable. Blocking and rejection preserve the lot trail instead of hiding the quantity.
